Cancel or update your subscription
Billing is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Enter the email address you used at checkout and Stripe will send you a secure sign-in link — from there you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method instantly.
Use the same email you signed up with. The sign-in link comes from Stripe (billing.stripe.com) and expires after a short time for your security.
On a 7-day free trial?
Silver memberships start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then — through the billing portal above — and you pay nothing. Your trial end date is in your welcome email. Cancel during the trial and your card is never charged.
Annual membership refunds
Annual memberships come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Not the right fit? Email ahoy@aicaptains.ai within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Paid in Bitcoin?
Bitcoin purchases are one-time payments for 1 year of access — nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Questions or refund requests: ahoy@aicaptains.ai.
