1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Captains Academy website at aicaptains.academy (the "Site") and purchasing or enrolling in any courses, programs, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Captains LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AI Captains," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Services Description

AI Captains Academy provides online educational courses, community access, workshops, and optional one-on-one coaching calls related to AI tools and workflows for solopreneurs and businesses. Course content is delivered through our learning platform hosted on Skool.

3. Account and Enrollment

To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in the Services.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We offer the following products:

• Silver Tier: One-time payment for full course access, community membership, and weekly workshops.
• Silver + Onboarding Call: One-time payment for all Silver Tier benefits plus a 1:1 onboarding call with the instructor.

All prices are subject to change. Any promotional or discounted pricing applies only at the time of purchase.

5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Services for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing ahoy@aicaptains.ai. No hoops, no questions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Upon refund, your access to the course materials and community will be revoked.

After the 7-day period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, templates, frameworks, and community content created by AI Captains — is owned by AI Captains LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own learning and business purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share course materials with others
• Record, download, or reproduce video or written content beyond what the platform allows
• Use course materials to create competing products or services
• Share your account credentials with anyone

7. Community Guidelines

As part of the Services, you may access community features hosted on Skool. You agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and courtesy
• Not post harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content
• Not spam or promote unrelated products or services
• Not share another member's private information

We reserve the right to remove content and revoke access for violations of these guidelines without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes from your use of the Services. Success depends on many factors individual to each student, including but not limited to effort, business circumstances, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Captains LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with and rely upon third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Skool for course delivery and community
• Cal.com for scheduling onboarding calls

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the course materials will immediately cease.
